Shipping Policy

Our Ready to Ship Units require just 2 days after purchase to arrive 1 day to process your order, and 1 day for dispatch.

For Custom Units, please allow up to 14 days for processing and shipping, as each piece is carefully crafted to perfection.

Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction means everything to us. If your unit isn’t quite the right fit, or you change your mind about our products you have 7 days from receiving it to return it for a refund.

To keep things fair, we can only process refunds if the lace is untouched and the hair has not been altered in any way (no cutting, colouring, washing, or styling). This helps us maintain the highest standards of quality for all our customers.
