SERVICE INCLUDES CUSTOMISATION OR WASHING AND DEEP CONDITIONING All wigs must be received five days before appointment and confirmed by paying deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy A £20 deposit is required to secure all bookings. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been paid. If you do not arrive within 30 minutes of your scheduled appointment, your booking will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited. We offer free installs when a wig is purchased directly from us. This must be booked within 24 hours of your wig purchase to qualify. By booking with us, you agree to these terms and conditions.
