Refunds and Return
Your satisfaction means everything to us. If your unit isn’t quite the right fit, you have 7 days from receiving it to return it for a refund.
To keep things fair, we can only process refunds if the lace is untouched and the hair has not been altered in any way (no cutting, colouring, washing, or styling). This helps us maintain the highest standards of quality for all our customers.
